A culture of learning is key to growth at Freeosk. We’ve worked towards skill building over the years, but wanted to zero in on key behaviors that set our Freeoskers up for success.
We have identified three areas of focus called the Leadership Beliefs. These beliefs provide a roadmap of skills that contribute to our High-Performance Culture. These beliefs support what we do, how we work, and our culture values.
We are excited to launch a new learning series for all Freeoskers. Learning Lab is a monthly hands-on training series where we will bring the Leadership Beliefs to life. Our goals for Learning Lab are to:
- Provide resources and tools to help Freeoskers continue to grow skills through experimentation and practice
- Create a dedicated time to connect with other Freeoskers across the organization to share and learn from each other
We have an exciting roadmap for the program. The program starts with a self-assessment where Freeoskers will identify a focus area for the year. This will allow participants to set a Leadership Beliefs goal to promote accountability – we want to make sure each Freeosker is working on a skill that will help them grow. Our virtual Learning Lab sessions will cover topics ranging from accountability, growth mindset, influencing and navigating conflict – all in support of our Leadership Beliefs.
The program kicks off in March. We can’t wait to see our Freeoskers grow!
