Spirit Week 2025 Highlights

At Freeosk, innovation isn’t just something we talk about, it’s who we are. From transforming product demos to pioneering Experiential Retail Media™, we’ve made bold ideas part of our everyday work. Spirit Week 2025 was our chance to hit reset, reboot, and reimagine what’s next- together.

A Week Full of Energy, Creativity, and Connection

This year’s theme, CTRL+ALT+INNOVATE, gave us space to celebrate, learn, and showcase the Freeosk spirit in action. Across five days, Freeoskers came together to connect, create, and compete- all while having a whole lot of fun.

Kicking Off with Inspiration

We opened the week with a Fireside Chat with an expert in AI in the Advertising space. We had a great discussion about our past, present, and future at Freeosk. The Digital Wall of Wow launched, giving every team a place to showcase innovations from across Freeosk’s history.

The Game Changers Innovation Lab

Teams stepped into the future and pitched bold ideas for what Freeosk might look like in 2040. The creativity was off the charts, and the collaboration showed just how fearless Freeoskers are when it comes to imagining “what’s next.”

Innovators Trivia

Erik “Quizstad” hosted our high-energy trivia showdown, testing our knowledge of inventors, disruptors, and innovators. Game Changers Houses battled fiercely for the top spot.

All-Company Celebration

Teams were recognized for stand out innovations. Our Game Changers Houses presented their Innovation Lab pitches.

Celebrating the Freeosk Spirit

From shoutouts on the Wall of Wow, to creative photo challenges, to surprise swag drops (yes, those new tees are already fan favorites), Spirit Week reminded us that innovation is about more than ideas- it’s about people. It’s about Freeoskers bringing energy, curiosity, and boldness to everything we do.

Here’s to CTRL+ALT+INNOVATE- and to a future we’re building together.
