What started as a simple idea to spark connection has grown into one of our favorite Freeosk traditions: Coffee Chats. Now more than a year in, the program continues to thrive, reminding us that some of the most meaningful conversations happen outside of scheduled meetings and project updates.
Each month, Freeoskers are paired for casual 1:1 conversations that aren’t necessarily about work and that’s the whole point. Whether it’s during a morning walk, a quick video call, or even a no-coffee-required hangout, these chats help bridge teams, time zones, and roles in unexpected ways.
