In today’s fast-paced world, the ability to learn and grow as a team is one of the most valuable strengths any organization can have. Learning is no longer an individual task – it’s a shared experience that helps teams innovate, adapt and succeed. Team building, on the other hand, creates the foundation for this shared learning by trust, collaboration, and communication.
This spring, our Operations team had the chance to bring that philosophy to life by joining forces with our Client Success and Sales teammates in St. Louis.
The visit began at our partner site, Tagg/Hub, where teams walked through the entire journey of a product sample from the moment it arrives to how it’s reworked, labeled, and staged for FedEx pick-up. Seeing the behind-the-scenes process firsthand gave everyone a new appreciation for the effort and detail that goes into preparing each sample. One highlight? Watching Erik get hands-on as he built a kit for an upcoming program.
The following day was all about collaboration. Teams rolled up their sleeves to share knowledge, tackle challenges, and explore opportunities to work smarter together. The conversations uncovered valuable insights into each group’s role and surfaced ways to streamline processes across functions.
The result: stronger connections, deeper understanding, and a renewed sense of teamwork. Everyone walked away with actionable ideas and a clearer view of how we can continue moving the business forward together.
Thanks to Emily Cunningham from Operations for this recap!
