Teams from across the organization showcased their standout accomplishments, highlighting how each department contributed unique “ingredients” to our overall success formula.

Competitive Spirit: The Game Changers Challenge

One of the highlights of our celebration was the conclusion of our quarterly Game Changers Product Recipe Challenge. Throughout the year, our teams have been competing in this friendly contest to showcase their most innovative approaches to client challenges.

In an exciting finale, Email Entourage claimed both the Q4 victory and the overall championship on our Game Changers leaderboard with their groundbreaking campaign for haircare products. The campaign demonstrated exceptional creativity and strategic thinking that exemplifies the innovation we strive for at Freeosk.

Building Team Connections Through Virtual Baking

Nothing brings people together quite like food! Our teams participated in a virtual baking experience that perfectly captured our creative and collaborative spirit. Divided into groups, we tackled different recipes:

• Email Entourage crafted irresistible fudge and rocky road squares
• Sample Syndicate and Media Mavericks baked Levain Bakery-inspired chocolate chip cookies

While some of us discovered hidden baking talents (and others learned they should probably stick to operations), the shared experience created lasting memories and strengthened our bonds across virtual spaces.
