This month our Operations and Consumer Experience teams got to immerse themselves in some amazing hands-on learning and collaboration in our Engineering office in Michigan. Over the course of two days, the teams came together to share knowledge and teach some of our newest Freeoskers all the internal workings of the kiosk. In addition to the technical deep dives, there was also an opportunity for the groups to work through aligning on and outlining new processes that will help us continue to improve the way the teams work together.
While the information gained was valuable to all who participated, without a doubt, the chance to meet in person and build relationships was priceless. All of the teams look forward to future opportunities to continue the learning and connection that was sparked during this onsite experience!
