Spirit Week 2021 is in the books! This is our fourth year celebrating our culture at Freeosk.
It started with a group of Freeoskers that wanted to bring the magic of what they remembered from high school pep rallies to life at Freeosk. Over the years it has evolved into a great way to celebrate our culture and all of our Freeoskers!
This week is great opportunity to talk about how we work – how our culture values really guide us and contribute to our High Performance Culture.
We kicked off the week with a Sample Box and had some fun brainstorming new Freeosk programs. We gave away some great prizes – hello Ember Mugs, Atoms and PTO Days! We recognized Freeoskers who bring our values to life. And had a virtual lunch to catch up with our fellow Freeoskers and wrapped up the week with a super fun Virtual Summer Party (see more here).
It was a wonderful week bringing our values to life: Enduring Partner, Builder, Problem Solver, Optimistic, Fearless, and Authenticity!
