This week was the Account Management team quarterly regroup, here in Chicago; a time when we get together to revisit progress to goals, celebrate wins, share learnings AND enjoy a few celebratory beverages.
There were a lot of exciting happenings since we’d last met, including 4 new teammates and 2 new retailer networks to work with, across all business lines. The official activity kicked off at 3pm Wednesday here in our very own Freeosk Worldwide Headquarters boardroom and ended at Ace Bounce with a heated game of beer pong.
One of the most exciting highlights was the introduction of the first ever “Hunter of the Quarter” Award, which includes receiving the honorary Frontier Hunter trophy. This award is granted to team member who demonstrates going above and beyond in the following categories:
- Willingness to help their direct teammates as well as those from other teams
- Volume of activity generated
We’re happy to report that Ashley Tidwell is the first recipient of this award! This was based on her efforts in closing an incredible amount of suppliers for the recent May demo campaigns, her partnership in helping the kiosk team filling Q1 program holes and for finding opportunities to add on new email campaign programs and supplier participants. Great job Ashley…looking forward to see who will be our next “hunter”!
